
I didn’t find this out until the following month when I was charged again for another batch of “Wild Coins”. Yet here we are, certain we were only buying one month’s worth of product when it turns out we had been signed up for a whole year! I has lectured my son about buying things on the internet, taught him to be wary and avoid and commitments to buy a 6 month or 12 month supply of something, etc, etc. But that, as it turned out, was not the case. I was lead to believe that I was only buying a month’s worth of “Wild Coins” for my son, who likes to play the online games offered by Wild Tangent. I am just another unfortunate victim that has been scammed by the Wild Tangent company.

I wrote again pointing out the problem and asking to cancel my contract as I'm not reciving the service I pay for only to recive an e-mail with the heading Assistece Request Denied from Wild Tangent Account support. Shortly after that I was charged the monthly fee again, now again I find I'm being charged fro games that either fail to load or if they do load, they don't play.

Last month I wrote to Wild Tangent asking to be released from the contract with no penalties as I am not able to get the services I am paying for, however Wild Tangent replied that they had rembursed me the Tangent coins I had lost, i soon discovered that they had not returned all my lost coins.

However lately I have been unable to acctually play a lot of games after downloading them, but find I am still being charged the "Usage" fee in Wild Tangent coins as if I had played the game. Having entered a yearly contract with Wild angent Games, by witch for a monthly fee I recive Wild Tangent coins, enabling me to play a wide variaty of games on their website.
